Phoenix has been written and designed from first principles of coding, rather than being a hybrid or modified version of another programmes. This means that Phoenix is high on inherent quality and stability.


Support and Maintenance

Since Phoenix is such a stable and proven product, new releases incorporate new features, rather than being required to correct newly discovered faults ? there simply are no areas requiring correction. As anyone familiar with other trust and company software will know, this is a significant advantage.

Companies who run Phoenix enjoy a very low support call rate and consequently a low fault rate.


Products Used for construction of Phoenix

Phoenix frontend is written in Microsoft's Visual Basic

The database used for Phoenix is ORACLE, the industry standard for all databases.

Reporting is via Crystal Reports
